Industrial Fluid Coolers
Similar in construction to the evaporative condensers, (see above description), the industrial fluid coolers are also known as closed-loop coolers, and are used in the air condicioning industry as well as in the process industry when in need of cooling water down to temperatures not lower than 4°C above the wet bulb temperature of the installation room air.
The main advantage of the closed loop circuit is the posibility of cooling down with no need of process water getting in contact with air impurities, thus avoiding solids concentration and scaling inside the heat exchanger. Another advantage is the minimization of water treatment operations.
Here again there is an axial fan line and a “low profile” line available. Process water flow rates for these units range from 4 m3/h to 940 m3/h

Furnaces, siderurgy, air conditioning, refrigeration, hydraulic oils, thermal waters, transformers, welders, foundry, smelting works, rolling mills, air compressors, plastics, etc.
