Plate Coils - Econocoils
Econocoils and Platecoils are two efficient and versatile basic surfaces consisting of two metal sheets embossed on one or both sides.
Econocoils are welded on the external surface with some stitches on the inner side, then when hydraulically expanded a mechanical strength is attained.
These materials can be shaped in different forms: cylindrical, conical, etc.
Platecoils are mechanically embossed with the selected circuits being automatically formed. Standard units are made of carbon steel and different SS grades, such as 304, 304L, 316 and 316 L. Upon request, they may be manufactured in titanium, monel, nickel, inconel, etc.
